Executive Operations Assistant (Contractor)

Remote | Flexible Hours | Independent Contractor

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations.

This role combines administrative support, e-commerce management, content coordination, light graphic design, and process implementation.

You will work closely with the founder to help execute projects, maintain systems, improve workflows, and support the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

Upload and manage products within Shopify
Follow and improve documented standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Organize business files, documents, and workflows
Assist with administrative tasks and project coordination
Create simple graphics using Canva
Edit product images using PhotoRoom
Assist with content scheduling and marketing support
Research tools, vendors, trends, and opportunities
Help maintain operational systems and automations
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and productivity
Support ongoing business initiatives as the company grows

Qualifications

We're more interested in capability, reliability, and willingness to learn than formal degrees.

Ideal candidates should have:

Strong organizational skills
Excellent written communication
Experience with Shopify or willingness to learn quickly
Familiarity with Canva
Familiarity with PhotoRoom
Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT

E-commerce Growth Partner (Contractor – Commission Only)

We are seeking experienced, self-directed E-commerce Growth Partners who can independently generate traffic, create content, build brand awareness, and drive sales.

This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who understand digital marketing, content creation, affiliate marketing, e-commerce growth, or online sales.

This is not an entry-level position and is not a traditional employee role.

Position Overview

As an E-commerce Growth Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own strategies to promote products and generate sales.

You will receive access to marketing resources, product information, approved brand assets, and affiliate tracking tools. Beyond that, you will have significant flexibility in determining how you market and promote the brand.

We are looking for proactive individuals who can operate independently, identify opportunities, and produce results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Generate sales through your affiliate link and discount code
Create and publish content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, blogs, and other relevant channels
Develop your own marketing strategies and campaigns
Identify new traffic sources and customer acquisition opportunities
Recruit creators, affiliates, and potential brand partners when appropriate
Submit blog content, content ideas, and growth recommendations
Provide periodic performance updates and reports
Represent the brand professionally and ethically

Requirements

Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, content marketing, ecommerce, social media marketing, SEO, or online sales
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
